Research On Landscape Optimization Design Of Industrial Heritage Creative Industrial Park Based On User Satisfaction

The transformation of old factories brought about by industrial restructuring and urbanisation has been developing in China for more than ten years.As a carrier of industrial culture,the protection and utilisation of industrial heritage in old factories has made some progress in theoretical research and practical application,but there are still many problems that need to be solved.The combination of industrial heritage and creative industrial parks has brought new vitality to the conservation and utilisation of industrial heritage,and at the same time brought new challenges.The traditional top-down development of industrial heritage has led to the problems of weak perception and serious homogenisation of the landscape space of industrial heritage creative industrial parks.Therefore,from the perspective of user satisfaction,how to improve the quality of the landscape space of such parks by deeply exploring the needs of users,enhance the attractiveness to users and awaken more people to participate in the protection of such irreproducible historical products as industrial heritage? It has become one of the urgent issues to be solved in the process of renewing the landscape space of industrial heritage creative industrial parks.Through user satisfaction and the existing research data of industrial heritage creative industrial park,the user evaluation factors of industrial heritage creative industrial park landscape are compiled and screened,and an evaluation model is constructed to carry out empirical research on user satisfaction in Tangshan Qixin1889 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park as an example,based on which empirical research is carried out for the landscape optimization design of industrial heritage creative industrial park.Firstly,based on literature analysis,standard specification analysis,case study analysis and in-depth interviews with users,user satisfaction evaluation factors of the landscape of industrial heritage creative industrial park are obtained,and then the hierarchical analysis method is used to construct a user satisfaction evaluation model of the landscape of industrial heritage creative industrial park,which takes seven indicators such as traffic accessibility,architectural regeneration,industrial culture and art atmosphere as the criterion layer,and the internal The model takes seven indicators such as traffic accessibility,building regeneration and industrial culture and art atmosphere as the criterion layer,and 29 indicators such as traffic condition,inheritance of preserved buildings and transformation of building facades as the indicator layer,and invites experts to rate the relative importance of each indicator in the evaluation model,and finally arrives at the weight value of each indicator.After that,taking the user satisfaction survey of Tangshan Qixin 1889 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park as an example,a questionnaire was made according to the evaluation factors,and users of the park were invited to fill it out,using descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis to quantify and analyse the satisfaction of the park users with each indicator.Finally,taking Qixin 1889 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park landscape optimisation as an example,the park is optimised and designed according to the user satisfaction survey on various indicators of the park and the proposed optimisation process,principles and strategies to create a creative industrial park landscape of industrial heritage that meets the needs of users.This is not only a practical attempt to optimize the design of industrial heritage creative industrial landscape from the bottom-up level,but also a positive discussion to improve the theory of industrial heritage creative industrial landscape renewal,which is conducive to promoting the participation of users in the conservation and utilization of industrial heritage.It is also a positive discussion to improve the theory of industrial heritage creative industrial park landscape renewal,which is conducive to promoting users’ participation in the conservation and utilization of industrial heritage and providing theoretical and practical experience for sustainable industrial heritage creative industrial landscape optimization.
