With the development of urban modernization,the number of cars has grown rapidly.Car makes people travel conveniently and quickly,but also brings many problems.Insufficient parking spaces caused by increased consumption levels and the outdated management of traditional parking lots are two important reasons of why parking is so difficult,which seriously affects city's traffic.This article designs a smart parking management system based on RFID and vehicle network based on the concept of smart city and the application of Internet of Vehicles.This system significantly improves the efficiency of the parking lot management process,enables car owners to grasp real-time information,helps solve parking problems,and provides more data support for urban traffic management.This subject improves the existing parking lot management system by combining RFID positioning technology,Io V application,Zigbee network,improved RFID positioning algorithm,database design and mobile terminal development technology.First,this article studies the practical significance of the construction of Internet of Vehicles based on RFID positioning technology;then designs the integrated solution of RFID reader and Zigbee network,proposes the design concept based on integrated intelligent nodes,and detailly designs the intelligent parking management and positioning subsystem based on CC2530;Finally,this article improves the RFID indoor positioning algorithm and applies it to the intelligent parking system.After simulation experiments,the improved LANDMARC algorithm is applied to specific parking spaces and vehicle positioning,and the positioning accuracy is increased by about 35%.On the other hand,based on the integration of RFID and Zigbee intelligent IV nodes,this article designs a set of solutions for intelligent parking management systems based on integrated node positioning.The main contents of the solution include: vehicle positioning perception based on RFID and Zigbee integration,Semi-automatic entrance and exit charge management,Vehicle recognition based on image processing,Parking space guidance based on guidance screen and route planning,Design of gateway transmission and database based on Web Service technology.Finally,a mobile intelligent terminal is designed to implement and test the functional modules such as login,parking space query,and parking space reservation in the user terminal APP.The test results show that the intelligent parking management system runs stably and realizes a series of functions such as parking space awareness,vehicle identification,parking space guidance,and data interaction.Combined with RFID technology,the system is accurate,stable,and energy efficient.This system fully realizes the intelligent characteristics of the parking lot management system.
