With the continuous development of economy, the number of city vehicle increasing in our country. The contradictions between rapid growth of car and scarcity of parking space become increasingly sharp. The traditional parking lot, however, paid little attention in real-time status of parking space, and its management technology is relatively backward. It reduced the utilization of parking space greatly, making parking harder and harder. To sum up, intelligent, automatic, efficient parking management system is imminent. And the study of space perception scheme can make real-time status known to administrator so as to guide the vehicle parking. Convenient to administrator, also saving the owner’s time, the system is an important aspect to improve intelligent parking lot management. It can, to a certain extent, solve parking space utilization efficiency, security and management of intelligent requirements.This paper chose microware detecting scheme based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) by comparing leading space detection method. It presented secondary collaborative detection model and then n-tier model further by a large amount of data collecting. Collaborative detection model can obviously reduce the cost of actual system. Finally, a kind of time-division multiplexing and duplex communication algorithm is put forward in this paper to solve the collision of RFID signal. In summary, we conclude a kind of new scheme in the aspect of space detection.On the other hand, this paper put forward a set of intelligent parking management system solutions. It designed half-automation admission fee management mode, broadcast-timing-increment-send parking guidance system. It implemented parking space detection gateway based on collaborative perception model and signal collision algorithm, reverse seeking system based on indoor WiFi fingerprint positioning, web Service gateway transmission center based on the SOAP protocol, etc. The function of solution is composed by space detection, license recognition, entry fees, parking guidance, reverse seeking cars, network transmission and center management. On the basis of the practical consideration, it implemented an intelligent, efficient, automatic parking management system basically.
