Digital construction is a cutting-edge topic in the construction industry,and the application of mechanical arm technology can bring a new design and construction mode.This paper takes the digital construction technology of manipulator as the research object,combs the theoretical system of digital construction,expounds the working system of digital construction of manipulator,and solves some data processing problems.In the process of learning the 3D printing and numerical control processing technology of manipulator,the author participated in the construction of Shanghai smart bend 3D printing concrete walking bridge,concrete seat and Nast wood component entity model,compiled the processing program for different processing methods,drew the digital construction processing flow chart of manipulator,and provided some reference for the future research and practice of digital construction.In the first,second and third chapters of this paper,the theory of parametrization,digital construction,mechanical arm application and the relationship among them are deeply analyzed.In the aspect of data transformation,the method of data transfer from parametric software to numerical control equipment is demonstrated by compiling and data processing the generating program of Naxi traditional wood components and composite components.The fourth chapter introduces the digital construction equipment and its working system,focusing on the three elements of the digital construction platform: hardware,software,materials.In the aspect of programming language,KCl language is studied to analyze the applicable conditions of loop,annotation and subprogram;in the aspect of path planning of mechanical arm,path editing and automatic path generation of mechanical arm are analyzed;in the aspect of processing mode,it is discussed from the perspectives of adding material and reducing material;in the aspect of programming,rhino and grasshopper,commonly used building software,are selected to work together,Using the visualization window of rhino,the parameterization method of grasshopper and the simulation function of kuka|prc to write the machining program;in the aspect of the digital drive of the manipulator,using kuka|prc to output the readable SRC file of the manipulator,so as to control the movement of the manipulator.The fifth chapter carries on the practice and the research to three synthesis cases.In the process of the project,the author uses rhino to model all the works in the actual project.In the grasshopper,the individual components are parameterized,and the representative components are selected to elaborate the modeling ideas and process.Use the digital construction hardware system designed by the team to complete the actual construction.The working principle,working process,material application,process characteristics and construction process of the digital construction system of manipulator in 3D printing and CNC machining are summarized respectively.Through the actual project,this paper further verifies the practical significance of digital construction,and provides a new case basis for the research of digital construction.The theoretical research of this paper can play a role in promoting the theoretical framework of digital construction,and the research process and process results of this paper can also provide some guidance for the future research of digital construction technology.
