| In recent years,the rapid development of digital and intelligent technologies has had a significant impact on the construction industry,driving the industry towards the direction of digitization and intelligence encouraged by the government.The multidegree of freedom of six-axis robotic arms in robot systems and the extensibility of various open-source hardware provide a hardware and software foundation for integrated design and construction.The emergence of digital twin technology has realized real-time monitoring,control,and termination of the construction process,making integrated design and construction more complete.Research on both has significant value.Firstly,this article researches the situation that the previous 3D printing construction method cannot continuously supply materials,and develops a new robot3 D printing processing system,in which the new printing processing system mainly involves two parts: the robot system and the 3D printing system,in which in terms of hardware assembly,the 3D printing processing requirements are analyzed,and a multisystem integrated 3D printing system containing the material supply system and the transfer extrusion system is developed.printing system,and through open source hardware to realise the synergistic interaction of signals between each system,the robot system as the motion device of this system,and the 3D printing system to constitute a complete new robotic 3D printing processing system,which can achieve the automation,stability and continuity of the work of the printing system.Secondly,in terms of software development,the robotic 3D printing and processing system is programmed and designed through computer software such as Rhino,Grasshopper,KUKA|prc and Arduino IDE,where the visual programming design and simulation of the print model is carried out through Rhino and Grasshopper,and the use of KUKA|prc and Arduino IDE was used to compile the program code for the automated control of the system,thus forming the overall control of the robotic 3D printing and processing system.A 3D printing digital factory based on digital twin technology is designed and constructed using the robot 3D printing processing system.The entire 3D printing digital factory is designed and constructed through CAD,Rhino,UE4,and other software.The overall layout design and construction of all production lines in the 3D printing digital factory are completed through CAD and Rhino software.The digital factory in Rhino is imported into UE4 to complete the design of the 3D printing digital factory system management platform based on MES.Finally,the control of the robot 3D printing processing system is completed through the code program exported by KUKA|prc and Arduino IDE.Clay is used as the printing material for physical printing to complete the feasibility analysis of the robot 3D printing processing system,thereby proving its usability for the 3D printing digital factory and making it have practical engineering application value. |
