Research To The Influence Of Construction Process Standardization On The Quality Of Expressway Bridge Engineering

The thesis breaks through the standardization management mode of expressway engineering construction and tries to explore the influence of standardization management system on the quality of bridge engineering of expressway from a dynamic perspective. The thesis tries to adjust the standardization from static system to dynamic management system to govern the whole construction process of bridge engineering of expressway.The thesis also tries to construct the feasible standardization system in the construction process bridge engineering of expressway and systematically summarizes the standardized technical specification and management system in the construction process of bridge engineering of expressway. From the two aspects of construction general provisions and construction key points, the thesis gives a normative specifications of bridge foundation, bridge substructure,precast girder, cast-in-place beam as well as the construction process of bridge decking in expressway bridge engineering. The thesis also elaborates the prerequisite for the construction, construction procedures, construction technology and construction quality requirements for each project part of expressway bridge engineering, which forms a relatively comprehensive construction process standardization specification system for expressway bridge engineering. The thesis makes a comparative study and analysis on bridge foundation, bridge substructure, precast girder, cast-in-place beam as well as the construction process of bridge decking in expressway bridge engineering before and after the implementation of construction process standardization. Then it discusses the influence of the implementation of construction process standardization on the quality of expressway bridge engineering from the main following three aspects, including the improvement of concrete appearance quality, effective governance on common faults of structure quality and the enhancement of the interior quality of structure. Finally the thesis takes the standardized construction of Xintianpu Interflow Bridge cast-in-place beam of Wuhan west fourth ring as an example and elaborates how to strictly meet the requirements of standardization from the preparations before the construction to the construction techniques in the process of cast-in-place beam. At last, the practice of the example proves that the linear structure, the quality control of the model, rebar and concrete are greatly improved.
