With the development of global economy,the business environment is facing great changes.In this context,as a strategic talent reserve,tube Management trainee is more and more favored by domestic enterprises.Although it is a good way to train talents quickly,its implementation has great risks.In essence,the process of cultivating the trainees is the organizational socialization process of excellent employees.It will have an impact on the work performance and turnover intention of the trainees.It is very important for the sustainable development of the enterprise's personnel training to find and solve the problems existing in the organizational socialization process of the trainees in time.In this paper,we choose the representative G company as the research object.First of all,the theory of organizational socialization,job performance,turnover intention and job satisfaction is analyzed to lay the theoretical foundation of this paper.Secondly,this paper studies the organizational socialization level of G company in detail,and analyzes the degree of organizational socialization of G company and its relationship with job performance,turnover intention and job satisfaction by means of interview and questionnaire,so as to find the problems in the process of organizational socialization of G company.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategy of improving the level of organizational socialization from four aspects: recruitment,training,organizational understanding,colleague support and future expectation.Based on the specific situation of Chinese enterprises,on the one hand,this paper analyzes and studies the degree of socialization of the organization,enriching the application of relevant theories in management practice.On the other hand,the research findings provide empirical evidence for improving the socialization level of management trainee organization in G company,which is helpful to enhance the enthusiasm of management trainee,and then improve the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.
