Automobile industry is recognized as the pillar industry of national economy and represents the level of national economic development.With the rapid development of automobile manufacturing industry and increasingly fierce competition,it is extremely important for enterprises to carry out collaborative innovation in supply chain.The collaborative innovation of automobile manufacturing enterprises' supply chain is aimed at customer demand and supported by the application of innovative technology.Through the synergistic effect of various links,it explores and innovates to stimulate potential market demand and meet diversified needs of customers,so as to improve the competitiveness and creativity of the whole supply chain.In the current environment,collaborative innovation of enterprises in the supply chain is of great significance for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market,enterprise performance and even the stability,creativity and competitiveness of the whole supply chain.This paper studies the relationship between supply chain collaborative innovation and organizational performance by taking automobile manufacturing enterprises as an example.On the basis of sorting out relevant literature and understanding various links of automobile manufacturing enterprises,this paper extracts the key factors affecting organizational performance and supply chain collaborative innovation,which are research and development investment proportion,patent intensity,network cooperation intensity and government input.After that,23 a-share automobile manufacturing enterprises were taken as samples,and qualitative comparative analysis method(QCA)was used to analyze the influencing factors of supply chain collaborative innovation of sample automobile enterprises on enterprise performance as well as the logical relations among the combination types of these factors.According to the results of software operation,the combination of cause variables affecting organizational performance is analyzed and evaluated,so as to obtain the relationship between supply chain collaborative innovation and organizational performance and put forward constructive Suggestions.The conclusions of fsQCA3.0 software analysis in this paper include: the improvement of organizational performance is not dependent on a single supply chain collaborative innovation factor,but the synergistic effect of multiple factors;Large government input,low network cooperation intensity and high patent intensity,or large government input,high network cooperation intensity and high research and development investment proportion are sufficient conditions for high organizational performance.Therefore,large government support,low network cooperation intensity and high patent intensity are positively correlated with organizational performance.Large government input,high network cooperation intensity and high proportion of r&d input are also positively correlated with organizational performance.
