In recent years,in China's rivers,one after another "the world's most" bridge is in full swing.With the continuous increase of bridge span,railway,highway and other traffic network lines are constantly densified,so that bridge experts and bridge engineers have to constantly innovate and explore the bridge construction technology.It is this bold attempt again and again that makes the bridge construction technology increasingly rich and mature.Bridge swivel construction is bred with the development of the times,its unique advantages make it widely applicable to across the railway or highway lines,deep valley,deep current,scenic spots,nature reserves and other construction constraints.Bridge turning construction is to divide the whole superstructure of the bridge into two and a half spans,respectively,on both banks or on both sides of the line to complete the construction,and finally rely on the rotation of the structure itself to close in place,so the whole process does not require large-scale hoisting equipment,can also save a large number of timber or steel used to build support,making the turning construction simple.In this paper,the rotational construction of prestressed concrete continuous groove girder bridge is studied.Taking the Jingtong Jiejie Bridge spanning Dazheng Railway as an example,the rotational construction scheme design and construction technology of prestressed concrete continuous groove girder are studied,and the mechanical characteristics of key positions are analyzed to implement the rotational construction of the bridge.It provides some reference for engineering design and construction monitoring.This article focuses on the following aspects:1.Combining with the location of the project,the main structural characteristics,the engineering environment,the rotation construction technology and other contents,the rotational construction scheme design,construction technology and construction process of prestressed concrete continuous groove beam are studied.The structure and arrangement of three major parts,load-bearing system,push-pull system and balance system,are systematically analyzed.2.Check the suspension frame of the closure section of the middle span of the super-large bridge on Jingtong Shujie Line to determine whether the stress of each component and the stability of the suspension frame meet the requirements.3.Force analysis and checking calculation of temporary consolidation during rotational construction are carried out to ensure that the strength and stability of temporary consolidation of pier top beam pier meet the requirements of regulations,and to provide security for bridge rotational construction.4.The traction force and the related data under different working conditions are calculated and the corresponding mechanical analysis is carried out when the bridge is rotated.5.Midas Civil is used to simulate and analyze the different construction stages of groove girder,to provide pre-camber of girder,to monitor the alignment and stress state of girder,and to analyze and compare the simulated calculation value and the actual value in the monitoring process.
