At present,China has successfully replaced the United States and then becomes the world’s largest construction market with the continuous development of urbanization and the vigorous development of the construction industry.The rising population leads to the scarcity of land resources,which could result in the development of the building body to the height.In addition,the people whose living standard is getting rich is no longer just enough to live,and pay more attention to the space outside of the building,the comfort of the indoor layout,and the intelligence of the device.But China’s technology development in the field of construction technology is very slow.The complexity of the project,non-repeatability and multi-professional integration between the inherent characteristics of modern large,which prones to a large number of collision problems.In particular,the integrated design of the pipeline design,involves in construction,structure,HVAC,water supply and drainage and electrical at least,leaving the whole impression that is the pipeline a lot and complex design.The construction industry is in dire needing new technology to support the rapid development of modern architecture.Based on this,the idea of BIM(Building Information Modeling,building information model)began to develop rapidly in our country."Information" regarded as the carrier and the core of the BIM technology,which could be applied in the entire construction project life cycle management.Problems arise from the development of traditional construction projects,such as excessive investment,delays in construction time,low quality,low performance and inefficiency,which are largely leaded by to the loss and vague expression of relevant information transmission in the project development.Therefore,the topic-the application of the collision detection based on BIM technology virtual construction-is researched based on the construction area.From the perspective of development of the project facts and actual demand,the application of the BIM technology is analyzed and studied in the construction after summarizing the BIM technology and virtual construction technology at home and abroad.The application of virtual construction technology and the engineering practice to carry out research and exploration,which achieves the project visual management;using Revit software creates a three-dimensional model project,the preparation of the project construction schedule and linked with the model Navisworks software to achieve the entire project dynamic virtual simulation display;The logical relationship between the construction process,the model will be integrated into a common model,the built-in pipeline,structure and construction of the collision between each-other;the impact of the collision test results and the appropriate amendments to the model for the follow-up,the actual site construction of the collision problem provides early warning to guide the late site construction and maintenance management.
