The Research On The Urban Community Center Construction Planning On Background Of Transformation

Since the nineteen ninties, our society has undergone tremendous changes:the rapid transformation of social structure, social interest structure profound change, social contradictions and conflicts increase rapidly——sociologists have called this the" social transformation". Under this background, our country city community as a basic social organization unit, will no doubt macro social structure and morphological changes of major effect. The current community significant changes in urgent need to set all the forces of the new exploration, new research.For the urban planning, profound study and understand the development requirements of the urban community function in the social transition time; the development trend of community center, rule; community center service and management requirements, and distribute all kinds of resources, is starting point and the foothold of the this study.In essence, community refers to a social life community that people made in certain region.And the community center is contact ties in the social life community, it is a community within cohesive" social core". Though the" social core", we condense the community’s public life, guide the public activity the social organized, make the same idea, common standards and behaviors, then making people have the identity and a profound sense of belonging to community. City community center generates and develops quickly, is to adapt to the community development, community organizations realize their services and management of the urgent needs of community residents, is to improve the community service requirement in new period, is the inevitable choice in constructing socialist harmonious society.Based on the above background and understanding, this study based on" Community Centre" as the research object, mainly carried out theoretical and empirical research on two aspects.In theoretical research, firstly under the background of the transformation of city community change, community center changes made analysis and research, discussed our country community construction from" Danwei Community" to "modern community", from" community service center" to "modern community center " change. Analysis of the transformation of city community under the background of the three basic functions, community center organization nature and functions, and on the basis of community, community organization of abstract function entities and their material space vector relationship under the new situation, in order to clear, community center in hardware facilities to produce new features new change. Secondly, in recent years domestic part of the city of Community Centre" by the start of the practice were retrospectively reviewed, summary, analysis and evaluation. Introduced the Hefei City, Nanjing, Chengdu City in three with a role model city. On empirical study, this research in Chengdu city core case city, first to Chengdu City Community Center for the construction of extensive field research and in-depth case analysis. The specific research results are:the Chengdu city community construction profiles and types are defined and classified, old, new, clear agriculture three basic types of community and individuality. On this basis, on three types of communities conducted in-depth case analysis. Separately from the community characteristics and community center building two levels undertook investigation and analysis.Finally, on the basis of investigation, on the Chengdu City Community Center planning ideas and methods were tried to comb with the analysis. From planning and strategy, construction mode, operation mode, property belonging to several major aspects of the exploratory study, with a view to existing community center construction mode to make a supplement and perfection.It should be pointed out that this research’s conclusion formed on the investigation and analysis to Chengdu. The conclusions of the research have certain reference and the significance for the similar development situation city just like Chengdu community. Because the community construction practices have different levels of economic development, different social cultural background, the unified planning method not necessarily. Each city should adjust measures to local conditions firstly, then learn from each other made the practices and standards can adapt to the local community sustainable development.
