The prefabricated integrated pipe gallery is a modern and industrialized comprehensive pipe corridor construction mode.Its main structural components are produced in the precast concrete factory,transported to the site and hoisted and assembled by mechanization.It has a lot of outstanding advantages,such as good quality,short site construction period,little environmental impact,reducing formwork and support and saving labor.The application prospect is very broad.The research on the mechanical properties of the key segmants of prefabricated integrated pipe gallery connected by straight bolt and the analysis of the influence of its structure on the bearing capacity have become the key to the study of segment forms and construction measures.Therefore,it is of significance and engineering value to study the mechanical properties of segment of prefabricated integrated pipe gallery connected by straight bolt under static load.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The staic loading test of the segment of prefabricated integrated pipe gallery connected by straight bolt is carried out.The ultimate bending bearing capacity of the specimen under static load is obtained,and the mechanical properties of the specimen in the process of static loading are studied.(2)Taking the segment of prefabricated integrated pipe gallery connected by straight bolt under static load as the analysis object,a reliable numerical model is established by using ABAQUS finite element software,and the results are compared with the static load test results.The correctness of the numerical model is verified from the aspects of failure pattern,loaddisplacement curve and load-steel bar strain curve.Then,in the aspects of stress and internal force development,the mechanical performance of prefabricated pipe corridor segment with straight bolt connection under static load is analyzed systematically.(3)The main parameters affecting the bending performance of the segment of prefabricated integrated pipe gallery connected by straight bolt under static load are analyzed.The parameters considered include armpit angle height,plate thickness,number of bolts and concrete strength grade.This paper analyzes the influence of various parameters on the prefabricated comprehensive pipe corridor with straight bolt connection,and puts forward some suggestions on the structural design of the prefabricated comprehensive pipe corridor,which plays a positive role in the optimal design of the comprehensive pipe corridor and promotes its popularization and application at the same time. |
