In the new period,with the professional subdivision of the internal functions of stadiums and gymnasias and the improvement of people's spiritual needs,commerce,as one of the supporting facilities of stadiums and gymnasias,has gradually been divided into a relatively independent service function subject.The development of commercial facilities meets the needs of urban development,venue operation and users.This year,commercial supporting facilities for sports venues in China have entered a period of rapid development.With the proposal of the concept of "sports service complex",a large number of stadium construction and operation operators have begun to focus on commercial supporting facilities,hoping to seek a breakthrough in the operation of commercial supporting facilities to achieve profitability.However,the development of commercial supporting facilities has limitations.Policies and regulations are not yet perfect,and theoretical research is still blank,which makes the development lack of theoretical support.The rigid operation and management mode of venues and the inherent thinking of decision-making,design and operation restrict its development at the implementation level.First of all,through the research on the correlation between venue influencing factors and commercial supporting operations,this study analyzes the different usage status of commercial supporting facilities in the whole life cycle of different venues,and explores the relationship between stadiums and commerce.Secondly,it disassembles and studies the components of commercial matching,and summarizes and classifies its elements,method logic,use demand and problems.Finally,combining with the theoretical research,it puts forward the guiding design strategy,and combines with the engineering practice for application,evaluation and feedback.Through the research,the interaction mechanism model between the external influence factors inside the stadium and thecommercial supporting operation was established.Constructing the standardization model of the construction scale and format of the commercial facilities;This paper puts forward the strategy of designing the commercial supporting facilities of sports venues and establishes the basic database of the commercial supporting facilities of sports venues.The research has a supplementary effect on the theory and specification of stadiums and gymnasiums,provides a method basis for policy implementation,specification formulation,practical decision-making and design,and has a guiding effect on practical projects.
