| As the safety assurance of air traffic control services,the training of air traffic controllers plays an important role in the airline industry,which is also one of the principle elements to ensure the safety of aircraft.ZN air traffic control training center takes the responsibility of training air traffic controllers from south central of china,its teaching quality can indirectly affect the air traffic accident symptom and trigger the possibility of the generation of accidents.In order to ensure the consistency of teaching and practical work,the trainers who are on teaching mission are mostly air traffic controllers that work at the front line with the convenience of bringing the latest and the most suitable regional command mode to the trainees.With the rapid development of the air space industry,the scarcity of air control personnel leads to a big pressure on the part-time faculty.Meanwhile,the lag of relevant policy failed to properly protect the interests of the part-time faculty,which makes the the them appeared slack off work,afterwards to one extent it also affects teaching quality.Using the part-time faculty of the training center as the research object,based on the scientific methods of literature analysis,questionnaire and interview,and analytic hierarchy process(ahp),this thesis investigates present situation of part-time faculty in the training center and its reason of these main problems.Finally,based on the investigation and analysis results,this paper puts forward a series of improvement management measures of the part-time faculty in ZN air traffic training center,which aims at solving the problems of low satisfaction from part-time faculty;at the same time it also improve the quality of teaching and training,providing important comments and suggestions for other industries. |
