The high-speed railway in China has reach 19000 km, high-speed railway all adopts centralized traffic control(CTC) control, centralized dispatching system of railway transport command center, thesystem integrates computer technology, network communication technology andmodern control technology, intelligent decentralized planning and design principles ofself-discipline.Based on the investigation on foreign and China high speed railway use centralized dispatching system, with the construction of high speed railway in China and open,improve the centralized system maintenance staff scheduling ability as soon as possible,strengthen the staff implementation skills training, establish a training base, the cadresand workers of the simulation training be imperative.In this paper, the main research contents include:(1)For CTC research status at home and abroad and scattered self-disciplinedispatcher centralization (CTC) system technical characteristics is analyzed, and thedispatch center operator and maintenance personnel for a lot of research, may find itnecessary to put forward by sorting out and analyzing the CTC scattered self-disciplinescheduling focused training system design and implementation of design task.(2) For scattered self-discipline dispatcher centralization (CTC) system structure andfunction analysis, mainly on the train running (phase) management module, a command module control module and interface module, train route on the analysis of the four most through analysis of actual demand, develop technical design.(3) USES the system hardware configuration, software USES the Visual c++has carried on the design of its function, achieve the intended effect. And analyzes the training system in the function, performance, security, stability and fault query analysis problems, as a key work in the next training system function is perfect.
