| The University Faculty Activity Center,as the main activity venue for retired faculty and staff members after retirement,is a place for them to learn,communicate and entertain,reflecting the society’s concern for the retired faculty and staff.Many universities have set up faculty activities centers to serve retired faculty and staff.Whether the interior design of the university faculty activity center meets the psychological needs and behavioral characteristics of retired faculty is a problem worthy of attention.Exploring the relationship between their behavior and the indoor environment,ensuring the environmental quality of their main retirement venues is conducive to improving their quality of life.University retired faculty and staff have high comprehensive quality.They are representatives of high-quality elderly people in society.They have special psychological needs and behavioral characteristics different from those of ordinary people.Their psychological needs and behavioral characteristics have become the center of university retired faculty and staff activities.The essential.The post-occupancy evaluation(POE)of indoor environment studied in this paper is based on the behavioral patterns and needs of university retired faculty and staff,and evaluates,inspects and feedbacks the indoor environment of the completed project,and examines the completed university.The satisfaction of the indoor environment of the faculty activity center and the establishment of the feedback mechanism after use will play an auxiliary and feed-forward role in the design decision of similar new projects in the future,which has important practical significance for improving the design quality.This paper takes field survey and questionnaire survey as the main research methods,and selects the indoor environment of the five comprehensive university teaching and activity centers in Guangzhou as the research object.The purpose is to evaluate the post-use status of the university faculty activity center,in order to find common problems in the room,and propose corresponding improvements for each type of indoor space.The first chapter of the thesis introduces the background of the topic,expounds the research dynamics at home and abroad,and then determines the research framework,research content,purpose and significance of this paper,and clarifies the characteristics of this research.The second chapter expounds the preliminary preparation process of post-use evaluation,and conducts research and analysis on the subject and object of the evaluation,and determines the behavior patterns of the retired faculty and staff members’ demand behavior,psychological behavior and cultural behavior,and finally establishes the behavior pattern.The logic of the evaluation.The third chapter conducts a comprehensive research and analysis on the establishment of the evaluation factor set,and extracts the factors from the relevant research cases,the indoor environment,and the retired faculty behavior of the university,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight.The fourth chapter obtains the satisfaction degree of retired faculty and staff to the indoor environment of the university faculty activity center through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The fifth chapter makes a comparative analysis of the evaluation results.Based on the problems of the five cases,the author puts forward the universal design suggestions for the university teaching activity center. |
