How to strengthen the progress management and control of engineering projects,improve the efficiency of enterprise capital return,and maximize the risk control ability of enterprises,has become a problem faced by the fire engineering industry.Therefore,through the use of project management methods such as schedule control to manage and optimize the schedule of fire engineering projects,it can improve the efficiency of resource utilization and construction,reduce the construction cost and shorten the completion period.In addition,it also helps to improve the profit margin and capital turnover ability of the enterprise,give better play to the role of financial leverage,and bring greater profits to the enterprise market competitiveness.This paper first describes the background and significance of the project schedule management research,and summarizes some research methods and the status quo at home and abroad.Then,through the analysis of the status quo of A fire project schedule management and the problem that the project can not be completed on time,this paper studies and analyzes the progress control,through the preparation of double code network diagram,through the identification of key lines,using PERT plan review method The feasibility of meeting the contract period is clarified;the cost time balance method and the forced shortening method are studied respectively,and the better scheme is selected through comparative analysis.Then,according to the progress implementation of the monitoring time node,the key work points and matters needing attention are adjusted according to the needs,and finally the progress optimization is realized,and the project is completed according to the contract requirements.Finally,through data research,the time limit for shortening the construction period and schedule is analyzed the actual change of quality is further analyzed with Pareto principle,and relevant experience is obtained,and the implementation results of project schedule control are summarized.Compared with the traditional simple shortening of construction period,this research result is more targeted and purposeful.It not only takes into account the cost time balance relationship,but also takes into account the actual quality changes caused by the shortening of schedule.The research results of this paper not only solve the actual problem that A fire engineering project cannot be completed on time,improve the resource utilization efficiency and reduce the construction cost,but also provide some experience for the future fire engineering project schedule control.
