Research On The Value Evaluation Of Island Historical Buildings As Landscape Resources

Nowadays,with the booming of island tourism,the landscape resources of the island have become an important factor in the economic development of many places.Some of the older buildings as a part of humanistic landscape resources failed to realize their value,thus failed to integrate into the rising trend of the utilization and protection of the island landscape resources.The historical buildings of Shengsi archipelago in Zhoushan,Zhejiang are rich in island characteristics and have unique value.Through literature review,this study provides the basis for historical buildings to be included in the landscape resources;through the analysis of the trend of landscape resources evaluation and the related evaluation system of historical buildings,the theory that it is necessary to establish a targeted and comprehensive evaluation system of historical buildings as landscape resources is concluded.After summarizing the methods of landscape resources evaluation system,this study uses AHP(Analytic hierarchy process)to construct the evaluation system of historical buildings as landscape resources,combines the literature method and Delphi method to select the evaluation indexes,and calculate the weight of the indexes,finally constructs the evaluation system of historical buildings as landscape resources.And the research found that in the value evaluation of historical buildings as landscape resources,the proportion of ontology value is higher than the development value,and the social and cultural value of ontology value has an important role and significance in the overall value evaluation.In addition,this study makes an empirical study on the historical buildings on the five islands of Shengsi archipelago to evaluate their value as landscape resources.This study found that many historical buildings in Shengsi have high value as landscape resources,and the four relationship types between their ontological value and development value can provide guidance for the development and utilization of Shengsi historical buildings as landscape resources.The results of this study can be used as a tool to measure the value of historical buildings as landscape resources,and provide ideas for their development and utilization.
