Research On Landscape Resources Evaluation And Planning Strategy Of Historic And Cultural Villages In Dali

The historical and cultural village reflects the historical process of the formation and evolution of the settlement of different regions,different nationalities and different economic and social development stages in China.It has really recorded the traditional architectural style,excellent architectural art,traditional folk custom and the original space form,which have high research value.Especially in recent years,with the increasing attention of the international community and our government to the protection of cultural heritage,the protection and utilization of historical and cultural villages has become an important source of cultivating local characteristic industries,shaping rural characteristics,promoting economic development and raising farmers’ income,and increasing the people’s sense of cultural identity to all ethnic groups.It plays an important role in the spiritual and cultural needs of the public.In order to further promote the development of historical and cultural villages,Ministry of housing and the State Administration of cultural relics first announced the first batch of national list of historical and cultural villages in 2003.With the nineteen major convening,the country has put forward the Rural Revitalization as an important strategy,encouraging the local government to actively develop rural construction,try to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,increase the income of farmers,and realize the coordinated development of the urban-rural regionalization.Because of the rich cultural and natural landscape resources,many tourists and scholars have come to visit and visit the village.The local government sees the potential of the tourism development of the historical and cultural village.Under the national strategic background,relying on the advantages of the historical and cultural village,the rural construction is actively promoted and the rural brigade is vigorously developed.Tour.There are many famous historical and cultural villages in Dali.This article refers to the historic and cultural villages of nog Deng village,Lianhua village,Yunnan post village,Qu Dong village and Wensheng Street Village,which are evaluated by the Ministry of housing construction.Through field investigation,it is found that the landscape resources of Dali historical and cultural villages are rich,but in the development of rural tourism,the value of resources is not reflected reasonably,and the level of rural tourism is not high.Based on the current situation of rural tourism development,the comprehensive evaluation system of landscape resources is set up on the basis of two aspects of landscape resources quality and planning and utilization conditions on the basis of field investigation and literature research on historical and cultural village landscape resources.According to the evaluation system,the landscape resources are evaluated and analyzed.From the perspective of landscape architecture,the rational planning strategy is put forward to guide the exploitation and utilization of landscape resources,to further develop the value of landscape resources and to promote the development of rural tourism.This study combines the multi-disciplinary knowledge of evaluation,landscape aesthetics and behavioral psychology,and makes full use of the research methods,such as theoretical research,field investigation and questionnaire survey,with the analytic hierarchy process as the main technical means,combining the expert investigation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the landscape resources of the historical and cultural village of Dali.Quantitative evaluation:1.On the basis of the research on the present situation of the environmental and landscape resources in the historical and cultural village,the evaluation index is selected from the elements of the landscape resources,and the 3 level index system of the comprehensive evaluation layer,the project evaluation layer and the factor evaluation layer contains 17 evaluation factors.The feasibility of evaluation index and the reasons for selection are discussed in detail.The evaluation index 22 is compared with the expert investigation method.The results are calculated by Yaahp software,and the weight of the evaluation index is finally established as the project evaluation layer: natural resource quality > human resources quality > location condition > social resources quality > current conditions.Evaluation: accessibility,cultural value,artistic appreciation value,environmental quality,feature,beauty,convenience,popularity,scientific research,environmental tolerance,integrity,safety,location,suitability,geographical location,economic value,and value.2.According to the comprehensive evaluation system of landscape resources,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to evaluate the landscape resources of Nun Deng village.The comprehensive evaluation value of the landscape resources is 0.3838,the comprehensive evaluation is "better",the evaluation result of the natural resource quality index in the project evaluation layer is better,and the evaluation result of the human resources quality index is very good.The evaluation result of social resources quality index is general;the evaluation result of current condition index is better;the evaluation result of location condition index is general.The result is consistent with field research.The utilization level of landscape resources in Nuo Deng village needs further improvement.3.On the basis of the evaluation results of Norden village,from the perspective of landscape architecture,with the guidance of the evaluation index of landscape resources,the concrete strategies are put forward from two aspects: the improvement of the quality of landscape resources and the improvement of the conditions for planning and utilization,and further guiding the rational utilization of rural landscape resources to create a more suitable rural landscape.Improve the level of tourism development.This study can supplement the landscape resource database of the famous historical and cultural village of Dali,and fill in the blank of the evaluation and utilization of historical and cultural village landscape resources,which is of great significance for promoting rural construction and improving the development level of rural tourism.
