| As an important part of our country’s fundamental transportation system, the Mainland-Island Customer Shipping System of Chinghai archipelago has played an important role in the economic development of China’s coastal islands. In recent years, with the vigorous development of island tourism industry, the Mainland-Island Customer Shipping System has some problems in passenger demand adaptability, route design rationalization, ship load rate and financing. This paper mainly studies the Mainland-Island Customer Shipping route of Changsha Islands.First of all, this paper puts forward the research technology route combined with the actual situation of Chinghai Archipelago on the basis of summing up the current situation of domestic and foreign research.Secondly, through the conceptual analysis and characteristics analysis of land islands water passenger transport system, combined with the geographical distribution and navigation of Changsha Islands, analyzed the passenger transport system layout and the status of sea ports, the opening routes and the ship, the paper reach four aspects that affect the efficiency. Then, the paper established mixed integer programming model of the ship route by the optimization target of the cost and route with the principles of the demand coverage and quality.Based on the characteristics of the problem,a hybrid simulated annealing algorithm based on variable length integer coding is designed.Based on the third quarter data, the results show a 27.18%net profit compared with the existing scheme, which verifies the validity of the model and algorithm. In addition, through the calculation of the actual carrying rate and operating efficiency of passenger ships in different quarters, the paper finds the characteristics of elasticity of passenger flow in each quarter, and makes reasonable route adjustment and ship scheduling.By sensitivity analysis of quarterly traffic, the paper found size of the ship route in response to changes in passenger flow have different effects, the current system of ship routes can basically apply to the size of passenger traffic ±20%of the passenger demand. |
