Resources Investigation And Protection Planning Research Of Outstanding Historical Buildings Since The Founding Of PRC

Since the reform and opening-up policy,the rapid development of modern cities results in the large-scale development of cities and urban demolition.And then the consequence of derivation is the mass destruction of the historical buildings.Outstanding historical buildings since the founding of PRC has not yet formed history in people’s concept due to its short time span.For their protection tend to be ignored,the present situation of protection is not optimistic.This paper is based on the excellent historical buildings after the founding of the PRC.Through the literature research,empirical research method,comparative analysis and other research methods,this paper explores how to screening historical buildings using quantitative evaluation index rapidly and how to carry on the classification evaluation objectively and reasonably under the background of conflict between rapid urban renewal and historical preservation.For the evaluation of different levels of outstanding historical buildings,how to carry out graded protection is a big problem.The study content of this paper is divided into four chapters mainly:Chapter 1 is about the background study,which mainly summarizes the research origin,and explained outstanding historical buildings after the founding of PRC and other related concepts,and analyzes the significance and function of outstanding historical buildings.In terms of protection,this paper put forward the research methods and purpose and meaning according to core problems of research.Chapter 2 is the study of evaluation system,which analyzes the evaluation system at home and abroad.In the case of post-founding identity,it studies the evaluation system of outstanding historical buildings after the founding of PRC,and determines the evaluation investigate and method.Chapter 3 is the study of conservation planning and utilization,which sum marizes the resources survey method,and analyze and sort out the domestic an d outside conservation planning cases.Through case studies,on the basis of ch apter 2,this paper studies protection principles,methods,strategies,and protecti ve utilization of historical buildings.Chapter 4 is about the empirical study.The case of qingshan district was chosen.Through research methods,this paper combs the resource investigation and urban development.On the basis of chapters 2 and 3,it studies evaluation system,classification protection,and the protective plan of outstanding historical buildings.Through the full text,the conclusion of this paper mainly has the following points: first of all,for typical characteristics of the post-founding,this paper puts forward social emotional value in addition in terms of value judgment of historical buildings;Secondly,this paper studies the quantifiable and qualitative evaluation system;Lastly,this paper research that the different levels of historic buildings is graded.
