The rapid development of the "Internet of Things" has prompted major companies in the industrial sector to pay more attention to the effective management of enterprises and the efficient storage of large amounts of production data.Asphalt mixing plant provides important materials for our country’s highways and bridges.At present,our country the development of the station,on the one hand,the enterprise generally have more than one station all over the country,most of these sites located in the remote countryside,each site is like a piece of the island of information,not to share the production data in time,once the equipment failure,fault processing cycle is long,which seriously affected the enterprise’s production efficiency.On the other hand,semi-automated production and semi-informationized management have brought a lot of inconvenience to the development of enterprises.More and more people hope to have an "integrated" platform to integrate the production and management of enterprises and build a modern enterprise production mode.In addition,the production of the mixing plant has always been in large quantities and the production process is complicated.The quality of the finished material is directly related to the quality of the entire project.Therefore,the quality supervision and management of the production of the mixing plant must be strengthened.In view of the above problems,this subject proposes the design of a remote monitoring system for asphalt mixing plants based on a cloud platform.The article focuses on the following four aspects:First,design the upper computer data acquisition program to complete the interface between the control system and the remote system.Second,build the data communication based on the MQTT protocol to complete the on-site,cloud platform and remote browser Data transmission.Third,monitoring based on HT For Web technology.This is the innovative point of this article.Use HT For Web technology to create a visual interface,simulate the on-site production process,complete the visual real-time monitoring of the remote interface,and provide a new solution for remote monitoring.Fourth,according to the daily production process of the asphalt mixing plant and corporate management requirements,five major functional parts including GPS map,system management,data management,real-time monitoring,and equipment management have been designed to realize the centralized display of all stations on the map,production data and The remote sharing of the production process ensures the integrated information management of the enterprise.The entire system is under the Visual Stdio 2017 integrated environment,based on the.Net platform,combined with the MVC design model for front-end and back-end separate development,and the system is deployed on the "cloud".Finally,according to the needs of this system,the whole system was tested in terms of function and performance.Analysis of the test results showed that all parts of the system can operate normally,and the overall performance has reached the expected effect.The development and application of this system is of great significance for improving the management level of mixing plant enterprises and accelerating the transformation of traditional industries to modernization.
