Research On Development And Planning Practice Of Advanced Business Park

With the continuous development of economic globalization,the global value chain has gradually become the main organization mechanism of current global industry,meanwhile,the international division of labor has undergone profound changes,and the corporate headquarters has gradually been spatially separated from the production and processing departments.At the same time,in order to promote economic development and enhance competitiveness,international cities have actively introduced a large number of corporate headquarters to develop high-end urban functions.In the process of collision between the development of global industry and international cities,Advanced Business Park(ABP)came into being.At present,the construction of ABP in China is in the process of rising,thus it has important practical significance to explore the theory of the ABP.This article combines theoretical analysis and empirical research to explore the development and planning of the ABP,hoping to provide reference for the development and construction of China’s ABP.First,this thesis selects three development modes related to ABP,including industrial park,high-tech park and Central Business District,analyzes their origin,types,characteristics,influence and trends,and explore the development mechanism and influence of Advanced Business Park;Silicon Valley in the United States,Jurong in Singapore and Park West Business Park in Ireland are selected as research cases in this thesis,this thesis combines the characteristics of the cases and the previous theoretical analysis results to extract the characteristic elements of ABP through comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods;Then,this thesis selects Liuxiandong Advanced Business Park in Shenzhen as the empirical research object,analyzes its planning conditions and planning results,and extract its planning characteristics.The final conclusions are as follows:First,the corporate headquarters’ demand for space carriers collides with the city’s willingness to develop high-end functions,providing the original impetus for the emergence of ABP.Simultaneously,the advantages of the city in government guidance,intellectual resources,and infrastructure provide the possibility of the emergence of ABP.Second,the planning time of ABP is long,in the planning process,it is necessary to fully consider the changes of uncertainties and carry out dynamic follow-up planning.Third,as a high-end functional area of the city,ABP can promote urban development and enable the city to gather more corporate headquarters,so that ABP can achieve further develop.The Advanced Business Park and the city integrate and develop together.
