Ecological Green, Low-density Business Park Planning And Design

Under Global economy, China's industry has now turned to diversified development. A migration of the phenomenon has happened in most enterprises in the high strength and high density of traditional central business district:for the needs of multinationals and emerging companies on grading industry and expansion, home bases transfer from area with high-cost, inharmonious surroundings, getting together in the office mode to the edge of the city suburbs which has the natural landscape and cheap land, and develop R & D, marketing, management-oriented and modern landscape style park depending on preferential tax policy from the government.For the new emerging industrial park, this article studies mainly from four aspects:1. On the base of a large number of foreign literature collection and case studies, the article describes the basic concept, evolutionary stage and corresponding types in various stages of business parks, and indicates that the business park is the inevitable outcome of urban development, which is based on comparative analysis among the business parks in Europe and the United States and China.2. Through comparative analysis of Business Park in Europe and the United States, the article summaries up the space morphologies of business parks under different urbanization backgrounds by the way from macro to micro including planning layout, functions composition, internal works, building tour form, the internal spatial organization and the landscape system.3. Foreign business park planning and design don't come out of nowhere, but in a series of relevant design guidelines including site design guidelines, architectural design guidelines, landscape design guidelines, logo design guidelines, lighting design guidelines and parking design guidelines. These plans control on Business Park is not only basis for the planning, but also the basic elements that must be considered.4. On the base of a large number of domestic literature collection and case studies, this article analyzes the internal factors of emergence and development, and complete the analysis on the space morphology of domestic business park with comparison studies between home and abroad, in order to build on our business park with some reference.
