Research On The Cluster Design Of Advanced Business Park On The Effect Of Agglomeration

Advanced Business Park (ABP) as the new office cluster has been widely concerned with the development of headquarters economy. However, because the relative constructions are still in starting stage, ABP is defined as estate project, the design thought is immature. So, the ABP design should be improved in quality. In this thesis, the research of feasible design thought and the strategy to dynamic factors are on the base of built-up project situation, cluster design theory and the demands of enterprise. The purpose is to return to the essence of office building, and then create space which has strong adaptability and best sharing strategy to show clustered advantage. In the discussed progress, the research uses transverse and longitudinal contrast method, and extracts superior factors to enlighten ABP planning design.The thesis firstly introduces the background, research history, objects, significance and methods of subject research, and then analyses three reasons that ABP springs up——rapid development of economy, cluster advantage on the effect of agglomeration, demands of office environment improved. At the present, most of ABP are concentrated in central city, plot ratio is low and green ratio is high compared with other office clusters. Overall characteristics is the hybrid of design results, showed on function division, enterprise capacity, layout model, and sculpting forms, colors, building areas of single building. The focus of the thesis is to discuss the way of ABP design referenced on the principle, methods of cluster design, and then proposes feasible methods in macroscopic site selection, medium-level planning, building and detail design, combined with environment design and ecological office district to reach sustainable development. In addition, ABP needs variable and diversified strategies to face to fuzzy factors in planning stage, and then describes Business Park advantage that can bring inspiration to the ABP design.The characteristics is that the research progress has combined with theory and practice, explains that Advanced Business Park is comprehensive product on the effect of agglomeration, it needs to meet the demands in economy, social, environment, psychology, so, design result should pass multiple refine. The program result originated from design essence can form cycle and organic integration which has exuberant vitality and powerful competitiveness. The integration can adapt future development better, and then play real value of office cluster.
