| With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization,the nation vigorously advocates green development and ecological civilization.Due to the accelerative urbanization process,people’s requirements for the construction of residential areas are no longer just simple residential environments,but need to combine the residential landscapes and ecological civilization construction to create new ecological communities and "modern" communities.In conception of landscape design of residential area,it has always been to meet the needs of people.Considering of functional configuration,plant cultivation,topography and other aspects,it is to create a pleasant green residential area and realize the construction of ecological civilization in the residential area.This article combines the current development of the residential area environment in China,analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the landscape design of residential areas.Under the system requirements and guidance of urban planning,Wuxi·Zhiqingchun,Chongqing Jinke·Jiuqu River and Wuhan Vanke are selected to discuss the requirements of the landscape design of the residential area for aesthetics,ecology,functionality,safety,etc.,and are applied to the landscape design of Yueshan Lake Luyu Waterfront Residential Quarter in Guiyang City.This article takes the Yueshan Lake Luyu Waterfront Residential Quarter in Guiyang City as the research object to meet the needs of people.It is designed with the theme of "Luyu water environment" and focuses on the three major city impression of prosperous city,passionate Guiyang and energetic youth.Based on the impression of local site with mountains,lakes,and herons,it creates an ecological residential area landscape with mountains,lakes,and herons with the basis design of unique ecological advantages of Yueshan Lake and relying on natural scenery.According to the different landscape nodes and functional spaces,the community is divided into five layers:Lulai,Luxi,Luying,Luwu,and Luqi.It meets the daily needs of residents and is also suitable for the life and development of modern residents.Plant planting and buildings are comblined to create an open and closed neighborrhood space.The landscape design of the residential area is dominated by modernity,simplicity and convenience,creating a diversified and comfortable residential space.In summary,this paper proposes the design plan of the Yueshan Lake Luyu Waterfront Residential Quarter in Guiyang City by analyzing the development history at home and abroad,combining the landscape of the residential district with modern design techniques to meet the needs of residents and integrate ecological concepts.It is hoped that this research can provide valuable reference opinions for the future residential area and residential area landscape spatial planning and design. |
