With the continuous promotion of lean production,and China has become the world's manufacturing center,more and more Chinese enterprises hope that through the lean production to minimize the production cycle of products,reduce production costs,so as to obtain higher economic benefits,maintain or improve its competitiveness.Company X is a second-level subsidiary of a research institute of AVIC.The company's main products are lithium iron phosphate,mainly used in a variety of lithium batteries,including car power batteries,energy storage base station batteries,etc.Different enterprises have different emphases in lean production management according to their own business characteristics.At present,the domestic lithium battery industry has excessive capacity.Enterprises have implemented the production mode of "production on order",which reduces the production cost and raw material inventory to the lowest level in history.Therefore,lithium battery enterprises focus on improving production efficiency in lean production,in order to maximize the profitability of enterprises.This paper uses constraint theory to study lithium iron phosphate lean manufacturing implementation process of company X based on its inherent production mode.Firstly,the paper summarizes the theory of lean production.Secondly,it deeply analyzes the related theory of lean production.Then,it discusses the industry environment of company X and the current situation of its operation.It detailly studies the lean production design and implementation process of company X,and focuses on improving the standardization of operation,improving production efficiency,eliminating bottlenecks,and realizing the standardization,punctuality and balance of production process.At last,the paper summarizes the implementation of lean production in company X.
