Study On The Strategy Of Landscape Reconstruction In Old City Area Of Linping Based On The Concept Of Urban Renewal

In the process of urbanization,many old urban areas have begun to fail to meet the needs of modern people.At the same time,they have exposed the disadvantages of low infrastructure,unreasonable layout,deteriorating living environment,insufficient regional functions,and the decline of traditional styles.In order to ensure the sustainable development of the city's social economy,the continuation of traditional features and spatial structure,improve the level of urban facilities and environmental quality,and strengthen the comprehensive functions of the old city,it is necessary to implement planned transformation and renovation of the old city.In previous studies of old city transformation,the research perspective gradually shifted from focusing on the macro transformation of the old city to the living environment of the residents in the old city transformation.However,there are few theoretical and practical studies on environmental landscape transformation,and the relevant personnel in the urban renewal The understanding of landscape reconstruction is also insufficient,and the relevant norms and methodologies also need to be improved.Therefore,starting from the cultural,spatial,street,plaza,building,and green landscape issues in Linping 's old city reconstruction,this paper analyzes and summarizes the old city reconstruction work guided by the urban renewal theory.The results are as follows:(1)Cultural transformation under the concept of urban renewal: Respecting the old cultural context of the city during the renovation,excavating and using idle land,and combining the new concept of urban renewal to play a guiding role in the transformation of the old city.(2)Spatial transformation under the concept of urban renewal: The transformation takes the spatial form elements as the center,emphasizing the remodeling of “walking priority rights”,connecting the scattered spaces in the old city through corridors such as streets and lanes to create a systematic and unified style Old city space structure.(3)Reconstruction of streets and lanes under the concept of urban renewal: through comprehensive consideration of optimizing road traffic functions in the renovation of streets and lanes,tandem alleys along the line,transforming zeros into wholes,and transforming lanes and roads that are originally independent of each other and have different style It has become an old city street group with diverse cultures,unified style and comprehensive functions.(4)Square transformation under the concept of urban renewal: connecting various open square spaces along the line through public space corridors,connecting various functions,promoting the diversity of street life,and making pedestrian traffic along the line more convenient and making They merge into a multi-functional comprehensive community service place.(5)Architectural transformation under the concept of urban renewal: the architectural style classification transformation in the architectural transformation,incorporating historical characteristic elements,transforming the original narrow and messy streets into characteristic commercial streets,and at the same time showing the charm of the city's historical image.(6)Greenland transformation under the concept of urban renewal: Greenland system transformation uses the urban renewal concept to organically connect scattered green spaces to form a unified greenland system,which enriches the urban microclimate and enhances the landscape level and background.The urban renewal theory can effectively solve and enhance the cultural,spatial,street,plaza,building,green space landscape problems existing in the renovation of Linping 's old city,which proves the superiority of the old city reconstruction method under the urban renewal theory in the region And provide some useful inspiration for the theory and practice of the follow-up old city landscape reconstruction in China.
