| As an important way to connect urban life organically,street space is the basic unit of urban open space and residents’ participation in urban life.It presents different characteristics according to its natural environment and regional cultural attributes.With the increase of population and commercial development in the process of urbanization,urban street space is occupied and compressed,resulting in spatial disorder,which has an impact on the city image and citizens’ life.The renewal of street space has become the inevitable requirement of dynamic adjustment under the background of urban renewal,which can promote the healthy and orderly development of the city.This paper selects the middle Changjiang Road in Hefei as the research object.Under the guidance of urban renewal,street space,urban street landscape and other literature,through field research,POI data visualization,street view semantic analysis and other methods,this paper studies the renewal strategy of the disorder of urban street space.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Firstly,it studies the elements of universality theory in street renewal.Explore the existing problems,the principles and scope of street renewal,and then study the excellent street design guidelines at home and abroad,summarize five renewal elements such as architecture,business along the street,environmental greening,pavement space and public facilities,and conduct in-depth analysis combined with specific cases,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the summary and optimization of renewal strategies later.(2)Then it analyzes the personality of specific streets and studies the landscape characteristics and problems in the process of renewal.By obtaining POI data for visual display of business type distribution and semantic analysis of street view pictures in different periods,the change overview of street view indicators is obtained.Based on the two data,the change trend of different time and space of road sections is analyzed and studied,and the correlation analysis is carried out in combination with business type distribution to comprehensively and accurately summarize the landscape characteristics of Street Renewal:the overall change trend of street view indicators before and after renewal remains unchanged,To preserve the public’s road identity;The sky visual field and greening rate have been improved after updating,while the dominant position of architectural visual field has decreased;The change degree of sky visual field increases,which forms a diverse urban skyline with street buildings,while the change degree of green visual rate and building visual field area decreases,and the interface enclosure feels fuller due to the street space with different opening degrees;The green visibility in commercial intensive areas is low,the building vision is high,and the sky vision is fluctuating;The green vision rate in the transportation hub area decreased;The sky visibility and green visibility of public service facilities are improved.Then it puts forward the problems in the green viewing rate and the sense of street sequence,which is intended to be improved in the strategy summary later.(3)Finally,according to the theoretical elements of street universality and the analysis of specific landscape characteristics,combined with empirical research,comprehensively improve and summarize the following renewal strategies: improve the visual experience of building facade,strengthen the commercial use function along the street,shape the reasonable distribution of green space,strengthen the fine design of street pavement,improve the quality connotation of public facilities,and strengthen the optimization suggestions of street landscape sequence experience.Summarize the existing renewal of the research street and improve the missing part,in order to provide reference for the renewal of the street. |
