| The economic development during the 13th Five-Year Plan puts forward higher reliability requirements for the coal-fired power industry.High-efficiency and low-failure are the transitional paths for thermal power generation.The maintenance of the power plant has also become the guarantee for the normal operation of the power plant.The overhaul work has improved the operation quality of the unit,but it has to sacrifice some economic benefits.How to complete the maintenance task efficiently in a short time has always been a concern in the industry.In this paper,the literature research method and questionnaire survey method are used to study various problems in the process of maintenance,and through the investigation of the unit maintenance process of LQ company in the past 9 years,the problems such as tight schedule,low quality,and low team efficiency are analyzed..Through the analysis of the relationship between construction period and maintenance quality,team and maintenance quality,summed up the failure experience of the schedule adjustment,proposed to establish a professional maintenance team,reasonably adjust maintenance items,appropriate Adjust the time of maintenance,and the development of a economic system to improve the quality of maintenance.To select a more reasonable maintenance scheme and reduce the losses caused by the maintenance quality problem of the power plant as much as possible,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for selection of the repair and delivery scheme based on ELECTRE ?.The ELECTRE ? method was introduced in the MCDM.As the evaluation model construction method in this paper,the selection process of the overhaul plan in the power plant is more clear and reasonable,and the evidence is available.This article takes the LQ power generation company as an analysis case Using the rating model that was built,the final choice was for a reasonable solution that was suitable for the power plant. |
