| Electric power enterprises,which are related to the rights and interests of the people,are also responsible for ensuring the basic life of the people.In some provinces and cities,there are more or less negative feelings of slackness and overpopulation in the front-line production staff of power supply companies.Especially engaged in substation maintenance teams,these teams master the core of power supply enterprises power professional technology.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and improve the performance appraisal level of substation maintenance team.This paper analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal at home and abroad,and finds that the performance appraisal work of the electric power company is still in the exploration stage,and there is room for optimization and promotion at the level of team performance appraisal.By conducting questionnaires and interviews with the employees of the substation maintenance team of A power supply company,this paper analyzes the problems encountered by the team in the process of performance appraisal,and redesigns the organizational system,the evaluation index system and the result application system to optimize the existing team performance appraisal system.The organizational system is optimized through full-staff training,establishment of performance appraisal committee and establishment of special performance posts;the evaluation index system is optimized from the establishment of KPI index dimension at the company level to the extraction and formulation of KPI index dimension at the department level.In addition,the corresponding safeguard measures are established to ensure the implementation and application of the performance appraisal system.Based on the research of this paper,the performance appraisal KPI index of substation maintenance team level is established,the selection of each index and the evaluation method of the index are determined,and a unified measurable and measured method can be established,which can clearly interpret the value of the work task and achieve fair and accurate evaluation.The performance appraisal system improves the enthusiasm of the staff and plays an incentive and guiding role,and helps the managers to distribute the production tasks as a whole.Because the working nature of substation production teams in power supply companies is basically the same,The optimal design scheme of the performance appraisal system of substation maintenance teams in A company has reference effect on the performance appraisal of substation production teams in other power supply companies. |
