With the increasing complexity of modern naval operations,the functions and battle positions in the command cabin of large ships are increasing.The compact space in the command cabin determines that the total number of command and control system operators and battle positions are very limited.Therefore,it is of great significance for the command cabin to reasonably arrange the functional battle positions and operating equipment in the cabin.Through a lot of research and analysis,it is shown that the more reasonable the layout of battle positions and equipment in the command cabin is,the more beneficial it is to improve the efficiency of cooperation among battle positions and the correctness of commanders in completing combat tasks.It is also conducive to the performance of the cabin team,and thus to enhance the operational effectiveness of the command and control system in terms of human factors engineering.In this paper,the interior layout of command cabin of large ships is studied.The research work as follows:Firstly,based on the analysis of the layout design status of command cabins at home and abroad,and according to the relevant domestic and external control cabins layout design standards,the layout design criteria for large ships are proposed.Then the optimization method of command compartment layout is defined,and the mathematical model is established to solve the optimization of command compartment layout,and the process of mathematical modeling and analysis is put forward.Secondly,with the operational task flow of the British 23 frigate as a reference,a typical operational task model is established.The cooperative status of the team in the command cabin is analyzed by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(HTA),Operational Sequence Flow Diagram(OSD)and Social Network Analysis(SNA).The operational sequence flow chart and social network diagram are drawn to describe the relationship between the crew in the command cabin.The social status of each crew member in the command and control system is calculated.At the same time,the optimization model of command compartment layout aiming at the lowest degree of team cooperation effort is proposed.Then,genetic algorithm(GA)is used to solve the optimization model of command compartment layout,and the optimization solution platform of command compartment layout based on MATLAB software is developed.According to the optimal layout result of the solution platform,the three-dimensional model simulation of command compartment based on UG software is established and displayed.Finally,according to the layout optimization method proposed in this paper,the layout of the command compartment is optimized,and the experimental verification scheme of the optimization of the command compartment layout is formulated.By summarizing and analyzing the communication process among the crew and the data of NASA-TLX evaluation scale after the experiment is completed,the degree of theoretical team cooperation effort before and after optimization,team workload and task completion time show the correctness of the optimal layout results,and then verify the effectiveness of the optimization method in this paper.
