With the increasing scale and complexity of building mechanical and electrical engineering,a variety of bizarre building models and complex pipeline layout put forward new requirements for the pipeline design and optimization of the project.In addition,electromechanical engineering involves many disciplines,and the pipelines of each discipline are complex.Pipeline collisions occur frequently.Therefore,how to effectively use BIM technology for pipeline optimization is an effective way to avoid repeated pipeline construction and resource waste.However,the current Revit built-in functions cannot accurately capture collision points and batch process,and the accuracy and efficiency of pipeline collision inspection need to be improved.For this reason,this paper analyzes the problem of pipeline collision optimization in building mechanical and electrical engineering.Through secondary development,it expands the function of Revit MEP module,solves the collision between pipes and walls,and the collision between pipes and pipes,realizes one click hole opening in walls and automatic pipeline bending,and improves the efficiency and accuracy of pipeline optimization.The main research contents include:(1)Study the application of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical engineering,analyze the secondary development process of Revit,and the secondary development tools and development methods of Revit,study the interface technology and principle between Microsoft Visual Studio and Revit,and explore the Revit API functions and methods.(2)Based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 platform,using C # programming language,through the analysis of Revit API functions and collision detection algorithms,relevant codes were written,and the wall pre opening plug-in and pipeline bending plugin were created.Through the plug-in,the wall one key hole opening and pipeline one key bending were realized to achieve intelligent pipeline optimization.(3)Taking Jiangxi Ruijin Project as the engineering background,build the building,structure and electromechanical models,and apply the developed wall pre opening plugin and pipeline bending plug-in to the model to realize one key opening and pipeline one key bending.Compared with manual adjustment and common commercial plug-in adjustment,the optimization method in this paper is more efficient and accurate,and more practical in engineering.Figure 38 Table 11 Reference 60...
