Research On Suitability Designing Strategy Of Small Town Health Centers In Northern Zhejiang Based On County Medical Union

With the advancement of Chinese medical and health reforms,people's attention to the medical system is growing.The construction of primary health care institutions is the focus in medical reform.How to allocate and utilize medical resources properly is the key to improve the condition of primary health care.The county medical union model as the latest development of medical reform,provides an appropriate solution to the problem of medical reforms.Meanwhile,small town has become the main battlefield of new urbanization,and improving the public service of it has great significance to the development of urbanization in China.In this context,township health centers in small towns will receive more attention as the hub of primary medical institutions.In recent years,although the construction of health centers is enlarging,the quality of it keeps poor with many problems and limited researches in designing.This paper would focus on small town health centers in northern Zhejiang.First of all,this study would investigate and analyze the current utilization of small town health centers in northern Zhejiang,summarize the existing problems,and analyze the reasons for the formation of the health centers combined with relevant data:the complexity of the background of small towns and the contradictions of health centers themselves,and estimatethe the development trend of them.This contradiction and complexity of the small town health centers in northern Zhejiang have brought many difficulties to the designing.As a result,they cannot just use the design methods of general hospitals,and require more flexible,targeted and reasonable designing strategies.And then,based on the author's experience in designing a series of health centers in northen Zhejiang,this paper would analyze the functional positioning of them,combining the actual situation of health centers and the background of the county medical union,to try to put forward the principle and strategies of suitability design and explain them with a series of relevant actual cases.This study will improve relevant research and provide new ideas and perspectives for the designing of small town health centers in northern Zhejiang.
