Research Of Multi-village Integration Planning Under The Guidance By Rural Tourism

Thanks to social development and political support,rural tourism has gradually emerged and flourished in the past few years.More and more tourists tend to return to the countryside and enjoy the authentic regional culture.In this context,many villages have carried out rural planning and construction for the purpose of developing rural tourism.However,China’s rural planning often uses a single village as the planning scope.This approach has brought many problems:in many villages with similar geography,and similar natural and human resources,the tourism products tend to be homogeneous,often forming a negative competitive relationship;Each village has its own plans,which are often demolished for development,destroying the texture and style of traditional villages;due to limited resources,single villages are over-reliant on resources in the development process,causing damage to the natural environment and losing the charm of rural landscapes;The construction of service facilities is difficult,and it is difficult to meet the needs of tourists and so on.Therefore,how to avoid the homogenization competition of rural tourism,protect the rural natural environment and the human environment,and make it sustainable development is an urgent problem to be solved at this stage.Based on the system theory,the synergy theory and the integration concept,combined with the existing problems and contradictions,this paper proposes the multi-village integration planning.This paper first analyzes the existing problems of rural construction under the guidance of rural tourism,and expounds the necessity and advantages of multi-village integration planning;then explains the characteristics of multi-village integrated planning from the three aspects——planning principles,characteristics and levels;Explain the practical path of planning from the aspects of rural tourism image,tourism project planning,service facilities,traffic and landscape construction.Finally,the multi-village integration planning concept is used to guide the planning practice of several villages along the Tongji Lake.The advantages and feasibility of multi-village integration planning hope to provide new ideas and directions for future rural planning.
