Rural revitalization as well as all-for-one tourism put forward higher requirements for the high quality development of rural tourism, and the high quality development of rural tourism needs to make effective use of space, and one of the ways to make effective use of space is the organic integration of tourism space and rural space.Integration of tourism and rural space in a certain sense reflects the essential characteristics of the spatial orientation of rural tourism destination,is the spatial projection of the occurrence and development of rural tourism, and pays attention to the microscopic rural tourism destination space, which is worth exploring. At present, the research on the microscopic scale integration of tourism and rural space in rural tourism destination of domestic and foreign is still to be enriched. This paper studies the characteristics, process and driving mechanism of jingcun spatial integration of rural tourism destination based on different perspectives of tourists and destinations by combing the relevant literature on spatial integration and space of rural tourism destination, combining the theories of visual representation and production of space, taking Meijiawu Village in West Lake Scenic Area in Hangzhou as a study case. From the perspective of tourists, taking the tourism sharing photos as the research sample, using the grounded theory method, the photo content analysis method, the aggregate image map construction method and the social network analysis method, this paper discusses the elements composition and characteristics of the jingcun spatial integration of rural tourism destination. From the point of view of destination,in-depth case study, field observation and data collection,semi-structured interviews with local residents, tourism practitioners, government staff and other stakeholders, according to the coding of grounded theory, further explore the process and driving mechanism of integration of tourism and rural space in rural tourism destination. The research results show that:(1)The Meijiawu village from the perspective oftourists' visual representation of the integration of rural(cun)elements, supplemented by tourism(jing)elements,in which tourism elements are composed of tourist activities, reception facilities, landscape environment, tourist attractions, supporting service facilities and space corridors.Rural elements are composed of natural scenery, characteristic tea garden scenery, local life scene and local life style.(2)The interaction between rural elements and tourism elements in their respective space has produced the integration of tourism interior space and the integration of rural interior space, which has become an important part of the integration of tourism and rural space. In general, the integration of rural interior spatial elements is closer and more common than tourism interior spatial elements.(3)Elements of tourism and rural space constitute the visual representation of the spatial integration between the diverse tourism and the rural space according to certain contact ways and function in rural tourism destination. The spatial integration between the tourism space and the rural space from the perspective of tourists has the visual characteristics of close spatial connection, production space landscape, living space production and ecological space recreation.(4)The spatial integration process of Meijiawu village presents the evolution from the separation stage of tourism and rural space to the stage of tourism intervention to the stage of integration of tourism and rural space. The former 21 st century is the separation stage of tourism and rural space, this stage is typical rural space, which is the potential stage of integration of tourism and rural space;In2000?2004,it was the stage of tourism intervention.Tourism began to rise, through the centralized renovation and unified planning of the government, tourism space and rural space jointly promoted the initial integration under the market demand and government administrative intervention. From 2005 to now,it is the stage of integration of tourism and rural space.Rural tourism of Meijiawu village has entered the stage of steady development, tourism space and rural space gradually realized integration in the negotiation run-in gradually towards integration.(5)The five categories of resource-environment-driven,market-demand-driven,administrative organization-driven,social-factor-driven and cultural-factor-driven constitute the background-induced driving force, the
