Industrial Plant Landscape Design Based On Experience Economy

With the rapid development of experience economy,experience economy involves all walks of life.Driven by the economy,the number of industrial plants in China is increasing,reaching the stage of integration and upgrading,in which environmental landscape design is a very important part of integration and upgrading.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the landscape design of industrial plants under the experience economy.This paper takes the landscape design of Kangdi tea oil industrial plant in Guangning County as a practical project,takes the landscape design of industrial plant and the theory of experience economy as the research basis,and takes the theory of landscape ecology,the theory of industrial landscape design,the theory of regional cultural landscape,the theory of sustainable development and the theory of experience landscape as the theoretical guidance.First of all,the concept of industrial plant,industrial plant landscape,experience and experience economy are defined by using the method of literature.Secondly,by using case analysis method,five typical industrial landscape construction cases are selected,such as Longliqi Industrial Park,Zilin vinegar Industrial Park,Dong’a-jiao biological technology park,Gaogou today’s ten thousand tons of taotan liquor store,Wuliangye Shili liquor city.Based on the basic situation,the overall layout,the characteristics of the landscape are analyzed,the advantages of the project are explored,and the project experience is used for reference.Based on the analysis of literature and cases,this paper comprehensively combs the relationship between experience economy and landscape design of industrial plant area,the Enlightenment of experience economy on landscape design,and summarizes the characteristics,functions,design principles and design elements of industrial plant area under experience economy.Finally,based on the theory of industrial plant landscape design under the experience economy,starting from the current conditions of the site,on the basis of full analysis of the current situation,focusing on the integration of oil tea culture,enterprise culture and regional culture,and then put forward the design strategy,design concept and design positioning,the plot is divided into enterprise display area,manual experience area,process display area and entertainment area Experience area,popular science experience area,focus on the design of enterprise exhibition area,entertainment experience area,popular science experience area,from the overall layout to the design structure and functional zoning,in-depth,detailed zoning design,reasonable vertical design,traffic flow line analysis,drainage design,lighting design,distribution and design of related supporting facilities,plant design,landscape architecture design,and draw relevant Renderings and analysis of the enterprise display area for the expansion of the preliminary design.Through the theoretical and practical research of this paper,it shows that the industrial plant landscape design based on experience economy should pay more attention to experience,participation and theme,give more experience to tourists,get the affirmation of tourists,and increase economic benefits.At the same time,I hope this study can provide some reference and guidance for the future industrial tourism landscape design of industrial plant area.
