Research On The Selection Of Highway Routes Schemes On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

The comprehensive alternative option of the expressway construction line scheme, which is needed to solve before the expressway construction, the basic trend alternative option of the expressway is scientific and rational or not, which directly effect the project whether can meet the needs of national economic or not, and decide the project whether to achieve the desired results or not. Therefore, in the expressway construction early, we must evaluate the various alternative proposals about economic, technical, environmental, social and so on, study decisions assessment method which is practicable, among the alternative option for the scheme of expressway construction line, we choose the best overall effect and practical scheme, and then put into operation.The thesis unite the trait of highway project select-line, used AHP, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Theory and some system analysis method to research the alternative option of the expressway construction line scheme. Determined the principle of indicators, established the comprehensive appraisal target system for expressway which is completely feasible.Aim at alternative option of the expressway scheme not only fuzziness but relativity, the paper established expressway select-line scheme decision system fuzzy optimization theoretical model. At the same time, this article see the highway select-line scheme decision as scheme preference system fuzzy optimization problem, evaluated and preferred the trend and effect of the alternative proposals, built a indicator membership model which is from indicator characteristic value change into relative membership, using the improved Fuzzy AHP confirm the weights of each indicator.Finally, use the Fuzzy Optimization Theory Model demonstrate and analysis the line scheme optimization of the Bao Mao national highway Hu Nan province from Huai Hua to Tong Dao rode, the result indicate that the model is in the nature of systematic, flexibility and practicability. It provided a new thinking and a new method for the optimization of expressway line scheme.
