Research On Assessment And Optimization Of Fire Evacuation Plan For An Airport Terminal

The frequent terminal fire causes casualties,which has a huge negative impact on the society.However,the occurrence of fire is unpredictable,so developing an effective fire evacuation plan for the terminal is a powerful measure to reduce casualties.With the increasing passenger throughput of civil airport and the new construction,reconstruction and expansion of the terminal,it is uncertain whether the original fire evacuation plan can effectively realize the evacuation of people.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the evacuation plan.It mainly studies from the following three aspects:(1)Research on the construction of the universal evacuation plan effectiveness evaluation index system.On the basis of summing up and refining the views of domestic and foreign scholars on the evaluation indexes of the emergency plan,according to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations on the preparation,review and management of the emergency plan,combined with the essential elements of the evacuation plan,a universal evacuation plan effectiveness evaluation index system is constructed.(2)Study on the comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of evacuation plan.Considering the influence relationship between indexes,the analytic network process is used to determine the weight order of indexes.Based on the analysis of the impact relationship among the indexes,a hierarchical network structure model for the evaluation of the effectiveness of evacuation plan is constructed.According to the constructed judgment matrix,the unweighted super matrix and the weight matrix are established.Then the weighted super matrix is synthesized and the ultimate index weight is determined by calculating the limit of the weighted super matrix.Considering the fuzziness of each index,taking the fire evacuation plan of T3 terminal of an airport as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for comprehensive evaluation.By inviting experts to fill in a questionnaire to calculate the index membership,the effectiveness evaluation level of the evacuation scheme is "good",which has certain optimization space.(3)Study on the optimization of fire evacuation plan of terminal.According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the evacuation plan,seven indexes to be optimized are analyzed and determined,and the corresponding contents of these indexes are improved one by one,finally a optimized fire evacuation plan for T3 terminal of an airport is formed.
