Study On Green Airport Evaluation System Based On DPSIR Model

With the rapid development of society and economy,the volume of civil aviation transportation has continued to increase,and constraints on airport operation guarantee and resource environmental protection have become increasingly apparent.The Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC)proposed that speeding up the construction of CAAC IV Airport was the direction of the future development of CAAC Airport and the concrete embodiment of the basic characteristics of the civil aviation power in the field of airport in “Platform for Action for the Construction of CAAC IV Airport(2020-2035)”.As the basic characteristics of the construction and development of Type IV airports,the green airport refers to the airport that achieves resource-saving low-carbon operation,and environmentfriendly during the whole life cycle.and it is also the starting point and foothold of improving China Civil Aviation Airport governance.In order to achieve the goal of building a strong civil aviation country proposed in the "Outline," this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system of green airport to make the construction and development of green airport more directional.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this study introduced the basic economics theory of green airport development and explains its internal mechanism.Based on this,the author analyzed the impact of economic,resource,management and social factors on the construction and development of green airport,which would Provide a basis for constructing a green airport evaluation index systemSecondly,this paper analyzed the causal analysis among the modules in DPSIR model,comprehensively consider the factors that affect the construction and development of green airport,and comprehensively build the evaluation index system of Green Airport.By selecting and quantifying the evaluation indexes of green airport,a comprehensive evaluation model of green airport construction and development is constructed.Finally,this study through the analysis of the construction and development of Kunming Changshui International Airport,the model comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the green development level,and the comprehensive weighting method is used to give weight to each evaluation index.Based on the analysis of the green development evaluation results and the weight of each index of Kunming Changshui International Airport,some suggestions are put forward for the green construction and development of the airport.This paper evaluated the green development level of Kunming Changshui International Airport by constructing the Green Airport evaluation index system and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and then found out the weakness that affect the development of green airports and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions.It is of great significance to improve the scientificity and rationality of Green Airport evaluation system,to provides reference suggestions for the construction and development of green airport in China...
