Design And Implementation Of Blood Transfusion Information Management System

Due to the heavy management of blood transfusion department,and the special nature of the blood,tiny mistakes may cause serious transfusion accidents.Compared to other department,department of blood transfusion is an important link between blood management center,hospitals,doctors,nurses,patients,it needs to establish perfect and reliable transfusion information management system.This paper constructs a blood transfusion department information management system based on the good blood information management mode,the transfusion process,the inherent characteristics of the design and the corresponding function module,in order to meet the needs of the hospital transfusion management.This paper firstly introduced the business requirement by analyzing the activity diagram of the system business process;In the functional requirements part,practical application of the system are described in detail by using case diagram way;In the data analysis part,the system are analyzed for non thumbnail functional requirements of environmental requirements,performance requirements and security requirements through the concept of class and class diagrams.Finally,the overall plan and the function module in the system design part of each system function module are divided.This paper focuses on the following works:(1)A detailed description and analysis of the information management system research background,significance and related concepts.Current application status of the topic and related research are analyzed,and the main technical means are summarized.On this basis,combines characteristics of blood transfusion department and puts forward the corresponding research route.(2)The design scheme,system modeling technology and development tools and database related technologies are introduced in detail,and the specific requirements of the system are analyzed in detail,including requirement analysis,function demand analysis,data analysis and non functional requirements analysis.The main function of the blood application,blood transfusion management etc.are designed.Blood management platform module is discussed in detail,based on the B/S and C/S mixed structure of database management.(3)Proposed a scalable attribute based access control mechanism.Blood transfusion management system contains doctors,patients and other types.The access authorities and resource requirements of different users are not the same,so the research of access control mechanism is very important.Most similar mechanisms in access control is lack of flexibility to handle complex problems,this paper extends the attribute subset of the ciphertext policy encryption scheme to hierarchical structure of the user,and encryption scheme is proposed based on hierarchical attribute subset.(4)Realized the blood management information system,including blood tests,blood storage,blood transfusion management,report generation,user management functions,a friendly interface and safe access strategy,and gives the operation effect of transfusion management information system diagram.
