Research On Project Cost Control Of DaXingchuan Hydropower Station

With the rapid development of China's economy,project management plays an increasingly important role in the construction process of China's projects.As far as engineering construction projects are concerned,how to effectively control project cost is the most concerned and sensitive issue for project construction companies.Whether it is a public welfare project or a business-oriented project,the most important concern of the investors is always social and economic benefits,and the ultimate direct factor affecting the benefits is cost control.This paper studies the cost control of Daxingchuan hydropower project.The decision-making stage,design stage,implementation stage and completion stage of hydropower project need to carry out cost control work,and the cost control work of these four stages plays a different role in project cost control,which directly affects the total cost of the final project.The size of the project will affect the realization of the economic objectives of the project.This paper first expounds the characteristics and problems of project cost control,combs and analyzes the theory and research of cost control in the world,and briefly describes the construction background of Daxingchuan hydropower project.At the same time,the cost control status of the completed part of the Daxingchuan Hydropower Station project is analyzed,and the problems of cost control in the construction process of the Daxingchuan Hydropower Station project are analyzed.At present,the Daxingchuan Hydropower Station project is ready to carry out the dam reconstruction and extension project.In order to avoid the cost overspending of the Daxingchuan Hydropower Station extension project again,this paper studies the cost overspending phenomenon of the completed project,designs the concrete project cost control system,and carries out the corresponding cost action for the later expansion project.In order to effectively control the cost of Daxingchuan Hydropower Station expansion project,a series of cost control measures are put forward.Comprehensive consideration,cost control should start from many angles and many aspects.For the Daxingchuan Hydropower Station project,the remaining expansion projects should be strictly implemented in accordance with the cost control system and safeguards,and the cost control of the expansion project can be effectively achieved,which is the purpose of this study,but also the significance of the study.
