Research & Practice On The Cost Management Of The Curtain Grouting Project Of The Goupitan Hydropower Station

Construction project is the basic economic unit of one construction enterprise, enhancing the economic profit on each project is the prime way for one enterprise's survival and development.Because there are many problems exist in cost management of curtain grouting construction in hydropower project as other construction project. Through the practical exercise of cost management in the curtain grouting project of Goupitan hydropower station,some effective ways are founded for cost management in construction project. Following are the main contents in this dissertation.The first chapter gives a simple introduction of the curtain grouting project of the Goupitan hydropower station,and some issues exist in cost management are specialized.In the second chapter,eight factors related with the cost of construction project are discussed,and the program and methods of cost management of Goupitan hydropower station is studied and given.In the third chapter,the paper introduces three cost forcast methods applied in cost management of the curtain grouting project of the Goupitan hydropower station.In the fourth part,the breakdown of the curtain grouting project of the Goupitan hydropower station is given,and based on it ,the cost plan of the project is established.The fifth chapter is the most important part of the dissertation,in this part,Earned-Value method is introduced,and it is being used in the curtain grouting of Goupitan hydropower station to control cost,good results have being abtained in the cost management.I hope the dissertation will provide a useful reference mode for a hydropower construction enterprise to enhance cost management of its project,and by the application of it in the construction project to enhance the economic profit of the enterprise and improve the development of it.
