Application Of Guanglianda BIM5D In Construction Project Management

With the development of China's construction industry informatization,BIM5D technology has also been widely used in the construction industry.The application of BIM5D technology runs through design,construction,operation and maintenance,etc.It enables project information sharing and visualization of virtual situations,facilitates communication and coordination among all parties,and greatly improves the use efficiency and social and economic efficiency of manpower,materials and equipment in the project.How to efficiently use BIM5D technology to serve the construction industry is an important problem we are facing.Promoting the application of information technology such as building information models in the construction field is also the most important work content of current architects.This article comprehensively uses various research methods,such as case analysis.literature research method,and qualitative analysis method.First,it analyzes the current status of BIM application at home and abroad,and expounds BIM5D,project management and other related theories.Secondly,the application of Guanglianda BIM5D in construction project management is introduced from four aspects of quality management,cost management,schedule management,and safety management.Finally,the application of G construction enterprises is taken as an example to specifically introduce Guanglianda BIM5D in actual projects.Application situation,and summarized the application of the project.It provides a feasible reference for the construction enterprises to apply BIM5D.Based on the development process of BIM5D application,this paper studies the application of Guanglianda BIM5D in construction project management from multiple angles,and takes the application of Guanglianda BIM5D in actual engineering as an example to explore the project application results and summarize the project management.The important application value of BIM5D technology in China provides reference value for its future application in construction project management.
