Research On The Aging Design Of Residential Space In Hailun City Under The Model Of Home Care

An aging society is a new social form that my country is facing and urgently needs to cope with.Among them,the continuous increase in the number of elderly population not only has many impacts on economic and social development,but also has an increased impact on social medical security and life service systems.Faced with the problems caused by these aging societies,combined with my country's traditional old-age care habits,the home-based care model came into being.The problem of aging in the middle space caused by it has also become the focus of academic research.From the perspective of environmental behavior,elderly people living at home tend to be highly dependent on living space.Therefore,the appropriate aging degree of the living space and the quality of its environmental quality have become important factors affecting the quality of home care.Under this background,the study takes the living space of Helen as the research object,and takes the elderly people who adopt the home pension model as the target population.Through combing and analyzing the theory of the home pension model and the suitable aging design of the living space,it will deeply explore the living The main points and space objects of space ageing design.At the same time,based on the analysis of the natural and human characteristics of Helen City,the current state of old-age care,and the living habits of the elderly,a real-life survey of the current aging situation of residential space in Helen City was conducted to sort out the existing problems of the suitable aging design of residential space in Helen City.Starting from the problem,based on the relevant industry norms and theories,a framework for research on the suitable ageing design of residential space in Helen City is constructed,and the principles and methods for the suitable ageing design of residential space in Helen City under the home-based pension model are proposed.With a view to providing a little theoretical and methodological guidance for thedesign of the same type of aging urban residential space suitable for aging in China.The research in this article is divided into five parts: first,the research background,purpose and significance of the paper,the current research status at home and abroad,and other issues are combed and analyzed,and the necessity and importance of the research on the suitable aging design of living space are established;second,Analyze the basic theories of home care model and aging design of living space to provide a basis for the construction of the research framework of aging design of living space in Helen City;Third,on the natural and humanistic characteristics of Helen City,the current state of old age and the life of the elderly Habit analysis,combined with real-life surveys,sort out the existing problems of the suitable ageing design of residential space in Helen;Fourth,according to relevant industry norms and theories,put forward the principles and methods of the suitable ageing design of residential space in Helen under the home care model;fifth With the help of design practice,the principles and methods formed in the research process are demonstrated,with a view to providing a theory and method for the design of suitable aging of the living space of the elderly who adopt the home care model in the same type of cities in China.
