The Pension Mode That Occupy The Home Of The Elderly Living Space Design Research

Population aging is one of the important issues for our country in the21st century. Paying high attention to the problem of an aging society and built the endowment system suited to the condition of our country are imminent. Therefore, we have to choose a suitable channels for China’s pension. From the current view, home care, is the main pension model of China. This paper is conduct a basic research of the home care model under the living conditions of the elderly under the under the great esteem of home care endowment policy, to provide a basis for future building design which is more in line with the characteristics of the elderly living environment.This paper, aiming at the elderly people living space, summarizes the physiological, psychological characteristics and behavior characteristics of the elderly people, and examined the demand for living space design. At the same time using the outstanding case of the elderly living space as a primer, collate and analyze the relevant examples and excellent design concepts. Thus leads to the following associated theoretical research, then the article using currently living space of elderly as the main research object. Conducted intensive investigation and study the environment, service facilities, composition of the space and use of living. Summarizes the physical, psychological characteristics and living behavioral characteristics of the elderly, and study their demand for the design of their living space. After that, field research of the residential home of ordinary elderly living at home and apartments of the elderly, nursing homes and other forms of social welfare pension institutions. Through the provides the realistic basis of the following designer of living space. Summarizes six principles:the elderly social principles, safety principles, the principle of private comfort and convenience, the principles of universal design, emotional design principles, barrier free design. Finally around the core part of the elderly living space, this paper discussed the design research of the living space suitable for elderly under the model of home care, and proposed improvements of the living place of residential home for the elderly.(1) children and their parents living in on residential space design, mainly carries on the four types of living form:exactly the same apartment layout, neighbors chummage type, living apart together type, completely neighbor type.(2) the elderly living alone design, the improvement measures from the layout to the ceiling layout as well as the switch socket layout scheme, except follow barrier free design for each space.
