This paper has designed Liaoyang Natural Gas Pipeline System in order to meet the demands of gas business development for CNPC and Liaoyang City,import of the introduction of clean energy and improve the construction of natural gas pipeline network.Firstly,this paper analyzed the natural gas demand in Liaoyang City,and design natural gas pipeline network according to the the maximum gas supply of users.Selected the line pipe materials and wall thickness according to the technical and economic conditions.Designed line project for small,medium and large scale crossing and calculated anti-floating for medium and large scale crossings.Also make corre sponding measures for stabilizing pipes.Checked the stiffness of the pipeline,calculated the yield strength of the pipe under the most unfavorable conditions,calculated the bending stress to check the strength of the elastic laying,calculated the maximum burial depth to check the stability of the pipeline,and calculated the seismic capacity of the maximum axial strain on the pipeline.The words could demonstrate the feasibility of the pipe network design.Also design pipeline anticorrosion and cathodic protection to build natural gas pipeline network model.Analyzed the process system which included the steady-state working conditions of process transportation,gas storage capacity and pipe adaptability.It has concluded that the design of natural gas pipeline network in Liaoyang is reasonable and effectiveness.
