At present, the requirements of the power grid enterprises of power supply and demand balance have become increasingly prominent, the power grid enterprise supply and demand balance adjustment, load forecasting, power reserve analysis work gradually play a more important role, especially in the current power grid load under the condition of high-speed growth, because the power supply side problem, has been adopted to avoid peak power or local area power grid enterprises and even blackouts and other measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid operation.This paper mainly through the analysis of historical data of power plant operation and power grid current operation, designed to achieve a balance of supply and demand of technical support system, the integration of existing power resources, realize in power grid scheduling optimization decision analysis of supply and demand balance analysis and prediction of wind power, thermal power, complete the whole network of supply and demand situation of power grid enterprises. The system uses multi-layer B/S technology architecture, the development of language and technology using Java language, real-time data collection and transmission, management, interface, publishing, etc.. The system mainly includes the main function of the balance of supply and demand forecasting, load forecasting assessment, ability to accept wind power prediction analysis, wind power equipment, and real-time assessment in load history, the key algorithm of maintenance plan of power generation equipment, power supply and demand balance research and progress, such as thermal power units.This system integrates the work of power grid dispatching units and various professional departments at all levels, between the actual operation shows that the system can improve the efficiency and level of the balance of supply and demand of power grid, optimize power distribution, to grasp the dynamics of supply and demand balance.
