Natural gas is widely used as an important energy source for replacing coal and petroleum in the 21st century because of its economy,cleanliness and high calorific value.In order to complete the establishment of the provincial natural gas pipeline network,establish a natural gas energy supply channel in southern Zhejiang Province,improve downstream supporting market of the Second West-East Gas Pipeline,promptly accept natural gas of the Second West-East Gas Pipeline,improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises,and promote the economic development of the southern part of Zhejiang Province.Optimize the local energy structure.Demand must be met through the construction of a new Jinhua-Lishui-Wenzhou gas pipeline.Based on the process analysis and technical scheme research of Jinliwen pipeline project,this paper first summarizes the development and application status of domestic and foreign natural gas,thoroughly investigates the area where the pipeline project is located,and analyzes the energy structure in southern Zhejiang Province.By 2020,the amount of natural gas available in Zhejiang Province is about 17.2 billion cubic metres per year,which has become an opportunity for the construction of the Jinliwen pipeline.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Combining the economic development of Zhejiang Province with the natural gas market,the demand and gas structure of the natural gas market in the southern region are proposed.According to the forecast of gas consumption in urban natural gas,the balance of natural gas supply and demand is analyzed,and the characteristics of natural gas resources and the market space for gas use in Zhejiang Province are obtained.According to the distribution characteristics,it is determined that the project relies on the Shanghai branch line of the West Second Line in the near and medium term,and Wenzhou LNG will be used as a reserve resource for the long term.(2)According to the economic development of Zhejiang Province and the current situation of gas use,the demand and gas use structure of the gas market in the southern region are obtained,and the corresponding gas distribution plan was proposed.(3)According to the actual terrain of the project,the two routes of the south line and the north line are proposed.Through the comparative analysis of engineering quantity,investment and environment,the Jinliwen South line plan is selected as the best route plan,namely the Lishui-Wenzhou section.The pipeline administrative area along the line,the length of pipeline surface vegetation,the length of pipeline landform division,the classification of pipeline area,the difficult pipeline section,the climate along the line,the topography,the hydrology,the geological structure and regional crustal stability,the earthquake overview,and the social support conditions were analyzed.(4)The gas network simulation software TGNET with high accuracy,simple operation and strong applicability is used to carry out detailed calculation of the gas pipeline of Jinliwen,and the optimal pipeline process parameters are determined by comparison of schemes.Then the hydraulic calculation of the gas pipeline is carried out to obtain the pressure,temperature and flow rate of the stations along the line.The gas storage peak capacity of the entire pipeline system was calculated,and the final gas storage capacity of the pipeline was approximately 2.146 million cubic metres.In order to ensure the reliability of the pipe network,considering the adaptability of the pipeline under different failure conditions,the gas transport conditions under three different conditions were simulated and analyzed in turn.(5)According to the gas distribution plan,the functions and processes of each station are determined,and then according to the characteristics of the pipeline construction,combined with the specific requirements for the process selection type,the process calculation and the selection type are made,and the model and specifications of the process equipment are determined.The completion and use of Jinliwen gas pipeline project has great strategic and practical significance for introducing green energy,optimizing the regional development environment,accelerating the economic and social development of Zhejiang Province,and solving the problem of energy optimization in overseas Chinese townships.
