Research On The Protection Of Traditional Style Of Baoding Historic District In Hebei Province

Since the reform and opening up,baoding city has made rapid progress in urban construction,and its urban scale has been constantly expanding.The traditional pattern of the ancient urban area has been seriously damaged.Up to now,there are three provincial-level historical and cultural districts in baoding city.Due to the complicated protection work and the lack of attention from relevant departments,the style of the districts has become very bad.The overall decline of the historical districts directly leads to the loss of the characteristics of baoding city development and the serious lack of attraction.In this paper three provincial historical and cultural blocks of baoding city as the research object,by historical block protection of traditional features related theory as the theoretical basis,using the methods of literature study,investigation,comparative analysis,the paper traces the historical evolution of baoding city,analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of baoding city traditional style,the traditional style summed up the overall impression of baoding city--"the ancient Ming and qing dynasties YinWenHua city,the academy yamen Syria boots city memory".Then,in 2019 times of baoding city three on-site investigation,the historical block landscape protection at the provincial level respectively investigates the various blocks of regional land use,the pattern of streets and lanes,architectural style,trees and greening and the present status of folk culture,summed up the historic district of baoding city problems existing in the traditional style and protection work,mainly includes:the traditional pattern and style suffered severe damage;Poor neighborhood environment urgently needs unified management;The preservation and protection of cultural relics are intermingled;Cultural inheritance encountered obstacles.The causes of the problems are as follows:the relevant protection system and laws and regulations are not perfect;The protection concept has deviation,the protection work is not in place;The traditional static protection method leads to the decline of the block;There is a gap in the protection fund;People's awareness of protection is poor.Finally in view of the problem put forward the goal of the historical block protection of traditional features of baoding city,put forward to insist on the principle of integrity,authenticity,sustainability principles,the principle of aboriginality,social collaborative principle,from the streets landscape protection,building style and protection,cultural heritage and protection,such as perfecting related management system point of view put forward detailed protection countermeasure,expect can work for the protection of the historic district of baoding city in the future to provide theory support,build blocks history atmosphere,expand the influence of urban culture,better promote the development of baoding city construction.
